My greatest talents are the ability to interact with people in all walks of life and to make my clients feel at ease when they are in front of my camera or on set.
Hi. I am Daniel Douglas, a photographer in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. My style and approach is documentary and journalistic but I am not limited to just those styles.
My greatest talents are the ability to interact with people in all walks of life and to make my clients feel at ease when they are in front of my camera. I’m just an all around fun person to work with!
One of the most important questions asked is Can I trust you with my project? The answer is Yes! Here’s why. I have successfully photographed celebrities, politicians, multi-day conference events, and heads of organizations. I have also been involved in projects from disaster drills to family portrait work. I also keep up with new photographic techniques and this learning is ongoing, bringing new and fresh ideas to your project.
These are some of the experiences I will bring to your project. My goal is to deliver the type of images that you want and need.
Oh, and did I mention easy to work with? Contact me and let’s discuss your upcoming project. I am open to travel outside of the Washington, DC area, I have a current passport, I am covered by liability insurance, and there is never a fee for consultations. I look forward to working with you.
Mr. Douglas photos were superb. His professionalism, “capture-the-moment” style, and patience makes him “top-notch” in the DC Metropolitan area, and highly recommended. As a volunteer emergency worker, the job I asked him to do dealt with a local community emergency fire drill involving well over 100 personnel.. Mr. Douglas captured critical training shots that may be used later for process and procedure improvements and personal development on my part. The depth and scope of his talents were exemplified during this event which took place during the course of several hours. Not only can he capture special milestones “still shots” of his subjects lives in studio, but traumatic public events, as the one described, which tell a “story” through the sequence of photos related to an event.. He’s reliable, earned a high rating and ultimately, very pleased with the results and the diversity of his portfolio.
